Interior renovation in a private house in Restelo

We started the project by surveying the entire apartment and briefing the client, we wanted to understand what they wanted and what their needs were.

In order to make greater use of the areas, it was necessary to reconfigure some spaces in the apartment, changing all the plumbing and electricity. We completely demolished all the bathrooms and kitchen. In the entrance hall we chose to build a closet with a hidden door for the guest bathroom.

In the kitchen, the solution was to demolish the wall in the kitchen entrance hall, making this space wider.

In the living room with two generous spaces, we decided to create a bookshelf with storage underneath and a lighted shelf in the hollowed-out upper part so as not to cut off the view to both areas.

The apartment only had one suite and three bathrooms and the client would like another suite, so we used two small rooms for this purpose. In this space we were able to create a bathroom with a hidden closet door.

The studio was responsible for selecting all materials, equipment and designs for the work.
The challenge was overcome and the results were completely in line with what the customers wanted.
