Before starting the project it was necessary to survey the entire apartment.
To make greater use of the areas, it was necessary to reconfigure the apartment. The solution was to demolish the wall in the living room and kitchen, making these spaces larger.
The apartment only had one bathroom and the client would like to have two, there was a very large and unused hall. In this space we were able to distribute and create 2 bathrooms, one in the suite and the other to support visitors and the second bedroom.
The studio was responsible for selecting all materials, equipment and designs for the work.
The challenge was overcome and the results were completely in line with what the customers wanted.
